The prices are for a minimum stay of 7 nights for the specified number of persons

Tourist tax

Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 2,50 (Eden) and € 3,00 (Alpenrose) per person per day. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is payable on departure.

Arrival and departure

The apartment will be ready at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 9.30 a.m. We need this time frame to clean the apartments for the arriving guests. Thanks for your understanding. In any late arrival after 6 p.m., we ask that you notify us by phone.

No Smoking

Our house is a NO-SMOKING accommodation. Please respect the smoking ban in the building. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony of your apartment. Ashtrays are available.

Confirmation of your reservation

Bookings are considered firm after receipt of the deposit payment of 100 €. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer:

Cancellations

What happens if you can't leave for your holidays? In case of cancellations the following conditions apply: Up to 50 days prior to arrival cancellations and changes to your booking are possible free of charge. Up to 7 days prior to arrival we charge 60% of the total booking amount, within the final week before arrival we charge 80% of the total. In case of sudden early departure or late arrival or no-show we charge 100% of the booking amount. Errors and changes excepted.
